Sea Moss Lyfe offers subscription options on select products for customer convenience and savings. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
How Subscriptions Work
When you choose a subscription product, you authorize Sea Moss Lyfe to automatically charge your selected payment method at the chosen delivery interval (for example, every 30 days).
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines.
How to Manage Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Sea Moss Lyfe account.
Hereâs how to access your subscription:
Step 1: Visit our website
Go to seamosslyfe.com
Step 2: Access your account
Tap the menu icon (â°) in the top left corner and select Account
Step 3: Log in
Log in using the email address you used at checkout
(or log in via the Shop App if applicable)
Step 4: Manage your subscription
Once logged in, tap the menu again and select Manage My Subscriptions
From there, you can:
Pause your subscription
Cancel your subscription
Skip or reschedule upcoming orders
Update delivery frequency, quantities, or payment details
All subscription changes must be made before the next scheduled order is processed.
Cancellations & Billing
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.
Any subscription orders that have already been prepared or shipped will still be fulfilled.
Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders follow the same refund and return guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh-frozen sea moss products, refunds are generally not offered on shipped orders unless there is an issue related to product quality or fulfillment.
Price & Product Changes
Subscription pricing, product availability, or delivery intervals may change over time. Any updates will be communicated prior to future billing cycles.
