Order Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in the best condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will promptly address the issue and provide the correct item(s) if applicable.

Cancellations & Modifications

We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Sea moss gel
  • Dried sea moss
  • Herbal blends
  • Any opened or used items

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was misplaced, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
